Welcome to Sparkle Magic Cleaning & Housekeeping Services ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

• We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including general housekeeping, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and specialised services as described on our website or service agreements.

2. Bookings and Scheduling

• Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email.

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for booking or rescheduling.

• Recurring services can be arranged at regular intervals (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly).

 

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged the full rate of the booked service.

• If cancellation is within 48 hours of the scheduled clean, you will be charged 50% of the booked rate.

• Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will be free of charge.

• If we arrive and are unable to access the premises or perform services due to client fault, a fee may still apply. ​

 

4. Access to Property

• The client must ensure we have access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Keys or entry codes provided will be securely managed and used only for the purpose of service delivery.

 

5. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are based on the size of the property, type of service, and any additional requests.

• All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash and bank transfer.

 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours.

• We will return to address any issues at no additional cost, within reason.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide a safe, clutter-free environment.

• Please secure pets, valuables, and sensitive materials before our arrival.

 

8. Damage or Breakage

• We take great care during our services. In the rare case of damage, we will notify you immediately.

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

• We are insured for accidental damage, subject to the terms of our policy.

 

9. Liability

• Sparkle Magic is not liable for pre-existing damages or for wear and tear.

• We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.

 

10. Photos for Portfolio and Social Media

• Before and after photos may be taken to showcase our work in a portfolio or on social media platforms. If you do not consent, that’s absolutely fine—just kindly let us know in advance.

 

11. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

 

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.

 

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
